ethtoolコマンドを使用します。
デバイスeth0のautonegotiationをoffにする場合
#ethtool -s eth0 autoneg off
デバイスeth0のspeedを100にする場合
#ethtool -s eth0 speed 100
デバイスeth0のduplexをfullにする場合
#ethtool -s eth0 duplex full
ただしこの方法だと再起動したらもとに戻ってしまいます。
再起動しても設定が元に戻らないようにするにはネットワークの設定ファイルにETHTOOL_OPTS行を追加する。
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0に
ETHTOOL_OPTS="autoneg off speed 100 duplex full"
を追加すればよい！！
